BEP TSI Tank level sensor Tank Level Monitor

The BEP TSI Ultrasonic Tank Sender can be used on fuel (petrol or diesel), fresh water, grey water or black water tanks. The TSI is programmable for 240-33Ohm, 10-180Ohm and 0-5V outputs. The TSI offers a low profile and standard SAE 5 hole mounting pattern, allowing it to be fitted as replacement for practically all other sender brands. The TSI can be programmed for tank dimensions via a computer utilising BEP Marineﾒs proprietary TSI software, avoiding experimental tank filling on site. The default setting of the BEP TSI is configured to a 0-5V output for 0-2m depth and will connect straight into the BEP 600-TLMN digital tank monitor. When configured to a 240-33ohm or 10-180ohm output the TSI can be connected to Teleflex, Faria, VDO and many other popular instrument brands. When connected to non-adjustable gauges the TS1 must be pre-calibrated.

Flange Kit for WEMA 240-30 Ohm Waste Tank Level Sensors 1 1/4 BSP

All that is required for flange fitment is a d57mm mounting hole cut into the top of the tank and six d5mm screw holes on a 70mm pcd.

Flanges for WEMA Fuel/Water Tank Sensors 1 1/4 BSP

SensaTank Tank Level Monitor

SensaTank Marine 100 water/waste tank level system. A compact 12V unit that can sense tank levels in up to three water, grey water and black water tanks. Suitable for plastic tanks only with wall thicknesses of up to 10mm, the sensors are fitted to the outside of the tanks, there are no holes to be drilled in the tanks and the sensors are never in direct contact with the water - a great feature, there is no danger of corrosion or contamination, particularly on black water tanks. Tank Tender Tank Level Gauge

Tank Tender is an ingenious instrument that allows you to monitor the liquid level in multiple tanks, whether fuel, water or waste, with one instrument. Tank tender provides extremely accurate readings for up to ten tanks. Without electricity, without leaving the bridge and without doubt. Tank tender operates on air pressure. A small amount of air is pumped from the plunger pump on the instrument panel through tubing to the bottom of the selected tank, the gauge displays the air pressure exerted by the liquid displaced by the column of air in the tube below liquid level. The user can thus determine an accurate calibration for each of his tanks, even if it is of irregular shape. This is a most convenient, easy to use, easily installed and cost-effective system. Standard tank depth is up to 750mm. Optional is up to 1500mm. Can be used for water, diesel, sullage (requires sadditional purge valve), salt water etc. Not for petrol. Panel size is 100 x 150mm. Supplied ready to install with detailed instructions. 6m of nylon tube is supplied per tank.

VDO 180 Ohm Earthed Lever-arm Fuel Tank Level Sensors

VDO fuel tank level sensor, lever arm type for tank depths 150 to 600mm, 10 Ohm to 180 Ohm resistance range. Not to be used in water tanks. Earthed flange od70mm, pcd 54mm, 5 holes d6mm @80deg+68deg+72deg+72deg+68deg, tank cutout d43mm. If threaded sandwich counterflange 320409 is used with this sensor, the tank cutout must be d59mm. Gauge terminal 6mm spade. Dual station sensors are for connection to two gauges, as used on boats with a flybridge. Note that in order to give accurate readings, the two gauges connected to a dual station sensor must be identical.

VDO 180 Ohm Isolated Lever-arm Fuel Tank Level Sensors

VDO all plastic, above earth lever arm fuel tank sensor for tank depths 150 to 600mm, 10 Ohm to 180 Ohm resistance range. Not to be used in water tanks. Suits 12 or 24 Volts. Dual station sensors are for connection to two gauges, as used on boats with a flybridge. Note that in order to give accurate readings, the two gauges connected to a dual station sensor must be identical.

WEMA 180 Ohm Fuel/Water Tank Level Sensors 1 1/4 BSP

WEMA tank level sensors are simple, innovative sensors that are suitable for petrol, diesel and fresh or grey water. Stainless tube with bobbin float for use with 10 to 180 Ohm gauges only. These senders are above earth and are available in 50mm incremental lengths - they cannot be shortened, i.e. the next shorter length must be ordered for each tank depth. Photo shown with optional sandwich adaptor flanges 320498 + 320499 (only one hole d60mm to be cut into tank), alternatively 320498 can be used to make the sender a direct replacement for any SAE 5 holes flanged sensors or a 1/4ﾔ BSP threaded boss can be welded to the tank.

WEMA 240 Ohm Fuel/Water Tank Level Sensors 1 1/4 BSP

WEMA 240-30 Ohm Waste Tank Level Gauge

WEMA waste tank level gauge. This gauge operates on the 240 - 30 Ohm resistance principle and is designed to work in conjunction with the superb WEMA waste tank level sensors - for detail see below. The gauge fits into a d52mm panel cutout, bezel diameter mm, protrusion mm, gauge intrusion mm. Operates on 12 or 24V, drop resistors supplied as standard with the gauge for 24V operation.

WEMA 240-30 Ohm Waste Tank Level Sensors 1 1/4 BSP

WEMA waste tank level sensors are based on the reliable high quality WEMA tubular sensors, which have been enclosed in a 316 stainless steel sheath for waste tank operation. The sensors feature a 1,1/4" BSP threaded male mounting for direct installation into the universal sandwich flange available as an option. The sensor can easily be removed for periodic cleaning by simply unscrewing it. By removing just one circlip the stainless steel screen can be released for flushing away any solids if neccessary. Operates on 240 - 30 Ohm resistance values. Available in lengths from 100 to 760 mm.
