BEP Battery Selector Switch Cluster with 100A VSR

BEP high current distribution clusters are a range of versatile battery switch clusters cover most typical configurations found in one or two engined boats today. Most include VSR's. All clusters are completely bussed and pre-wired internally and are supplied with mounting fastenings along with easy to follow instructions. These include all connecting points clearly marked with ABCD labels to make installation dead easy even for the layman. These clusters can be bulkhead mounted or panel mounted. The BEP 714-100A uses dual sensing VSR 160044 (BEP 710-125A-DS). A welcome addition to the 701 selector switch it ensures you will always have a fully charged reserve battery. When the switch is in position 1 it becomes the sensing battery for the VSR. Battery 2 which is in isolation will be charged via the VSR when the engine is running ensuring it is always fully charged. When the switch is in battery 2 position this becomes the sensing battery and battery 1 is charged via the VSR. The fact that there is always a fully charged battery in reserve is a huge safety factor. For panel mounting see mounting plate 159001 Contour Connect plate 203100. The BEP 715-H and 715-V are horizontal and vertical units respectively to be used in single outboard dual battery bank, single alternator dual battery bank or twin alternator dual battery bank applications. No VSR's. For panel mounting use with mounting plate 150902 or 203106 Contour Connect three switch mounting plate. For installations with a single engine and two battery banks, the BEP 716-SQ-100A-VSR battery switch clusters present the ideal replacement for a battery selector switch. Just remove selector switch and connect existing wires to the cluster, no extra wires are required for a fully automatic battery management system. No more flat start batteries, totally seperate start and house systems protect electronics from harmful engine start spikes. Easy operation, switch on start and house batteriy switches when boarding, switch the off when leaving the boat - the rest takes care of itself, never have to worry about managing charging and discharging. For panel mounting use with mounting plate 150904 or use 203030 Contour Connect module CC803 instead. The BEP 716 battery switch clusters are also available as in-line modules, either as BEP 716-H-100A-VSR in horizontal or BEP 716-V-100A-VSR in vertical configuration. For panel mounting, use Contour Connect module CC-802 instead. The 715-S is designed for systems with twin engines and 2 banks of batteries. The house loads can be switched between port and starboard battery. The selector switch can also be used to parallel the batteries when in both positions. The 718-100A is designed for twin inboard systems when it is not practical to have both engine alternators in parallel because of the types of regulators used on these alternators. The house battery is charged from the port engine when the VSR is engaged. The 719-100A was designed through popular demand for the 717-100A cluster. This system is designed for triple engine installations. Once again using multiple VSRメs off each start battery giving combined charge from all 3 engines into the house battery via VSRメs. BEP 717-100A is designed for twin engine installations using outboards with two start batteries and a house bank. It will allow the port engine to charge the port start battery and the house battery when the VSR is engaged. It will also allow the starboard engine to charge the starboard start battery and the house battery when the starboard VSR is engaged, giving a combined charge from two engines into the house battery. It will also allow the house battery to be charged if steaming on one engine.
