BEP Contour Connect Panels

The CCﾖ802 incorporates a version of the most popular 716SQ dual engine battery switch cluster 202010 for installations with one starting batteries and a house bank. The CCﾖ802 is supplied with cables links to allow different configurations. The components can easily be removed and reconfigured if the factory layout does not suit the application. Dimensions (horizontal orientation): 332mm x 106mm x 55mm intrusion, cutout dimensions 312mm x 86mm(h). Dimensions (vertical orientation): 166mm x 212mm x 55mm intrusion, cutout dimensions 146mm x 192mm(h). The CCﾖ803 incorporates a version of the 717 dual engine battery switch cluster 202035 for installations with two starting batteries and a house bank. The CCﾖ803 is supplied with cables links to allow different configurations. The components can also be easily removed and reconfigured if the factory layout does not suit the application. Dimensions (horizontal orientation): 446mm x 106mm x 55mm intrusion, cutout dimensions 426mm x 86mm(h). Dimensions (vertical orientation): 223mm x 212mm x 55mm intrusion, cutout dimensions 203mm x 192mm(h). The CCﾖ804 is equipped to cover essential circuits requirements (bilge, pumps etc) and is fitted with one 50A CB for DC mains or treatment systems. It is also fitted with a 135A 185 Series BUSMAN CB for anchor windlass. The CCﾖ804 complements the other modules. Supplied with SET-CC-1 label sheet 203090 and back cover to enclose exposed terminals. Dimensions: 166mm x 106mm x 55mm intrusion, cutout dimensions 146mm x 86mm if mounted alone. The CC-805T is supplied pre-wired and fitted with one 701PM battery switch, 2 x 10A and 2 x 15A toggle circuit breakers. The CC-806T is supplied pre-wired and fitted with one 701S-PM selector battery switch, 2 x 10A and 2 x 15A toggle circuit breakers. The CC-807T is supplied pre-wired and fitted with 2 x 5A, 2 x 10A, 3 x 15A and 1 x 20A toggle circuit breakers. Supplied with SET-CC-1 label sheet and back cover to enclose exposed terminals. The CC-807T-PR is supplied pre-wired and fitted with 2 x 10A, and 2 x 15A toggle circuit breakers and 2x 10A and 2 x15A push reset circuit breakers. Label SET-CC-2 is the label set that is supplied as standard with any panel containing BUSMAN heavy duty thermal CB's. Contains 12 labels. The BEP Contour Connect Kitset moulded panels are supplied for customers wishing to create their own personalised systems. A full range of mounting hardware is also available to enable mix and match fitment of any components as supplied with standard BEP Contour Connect modules. The BEP Contour Connect CC-1 moulded panel has two 52mm hole cutouts and can be used to fit any combination of BEP 700/701 Series battery switches and/or Bussman heavy duty thermal CB's. Also useful for panel mounting any small units by using 52mm hole blank-off plate 203136. Dimensions: 166mm x 106mm, cutout dimensions 146mm x 86mm if mounted alone. The BEP Contour Connect CC-2 moulded panel can be used to fit any one of the BEP 700/701 Series battery switches or a Bussman heavy duty thermal CB. Also useful for panel mounting any small units by using 52mm hole blank-off plate 203136. In addition, any four magnetic-hydraulic toggle or push reset thermal CB's can be fitted. Dimensions: 166mm x 106mm, cutout dimensions 146mm x 86mm if mounted alone. The BEP Contour Connect CC-5 moulded panel has three 52mm hole cutouts and can be used to fit any combination of BEP 700/701 Series battery switches and/or Bussman heavy duty thermal CB's. Also useful for panel mounting any small units by using 52mm hole blank-off plate 203136. Dimensions: 233mm x 106mm, cutout dimensions 213mm x 86mm if mounted alone. The BEP Contour Connect CC-4 blank moulded panel can be used to fit various Contour Bus bar or distribution stud modules (behind the panel) It can also be used for customised panel mountig of other equipment. Dimensions: 166mm x 106mm, cutout dimensions 146mm x 86mm if mounted alone. The dark grey Contour Connect Panels are supplied as standard with one dark grey and one light grey wave strip. Loose strips are available in dark grey and light grey. Supplied in sets of two. The BEP Contour Connect CC-BC back cover clips into the rear of the 166mm x 106mm modules to ensure that all exposed terminals are adequately covered. They are supplied as standard with BEP Contour Connect modules, but must be ordered seperately for BEP Contour Connect Kitset moulded panels. Note that no back covers are available for the wider (233mm wide) and narrower (101mm wide) panels. The interlink joiners are used to clip adjacent BEP Contour Connect modules together. One straight unit is supplied as standard with every BEP Contour Connect module. The CC-HDBM module is used where a BUSMAN thermal heavy duty CB is mounted into a BEP Contour Connect 52mm panel. A comprehensive selection of links is available to interconnect components fitted to BEP Contour Connect panels. The CC-BLANK plate is used off one of the 52mm round holes in BEP Contour Connect panels if this hole is not required at the time. It is also useful for panel mounting any other small components such as switches, panel lights, DC outlets etc. The BEP Contour Connect Battery management System offers the ultimate versatility in panel design. Contour Connect can be arranged to cover all battery management needs. Contour Connect can be configured for vertical or horizontal mounting. All fastenings are hidden behind clip-on strips, which can be colour coordinated to requirement. The charcoal panels are supplied as standard with one charcoal and one light grey wave strip, but loose strips are available in charcoal, light grey, black and white. Clip -on covers at the rear of mouldings also ensure protection of exposed connections from accidental short circuits. Interlink joiners ensure a rigid structure when multiple panels are joined together. A full range of rigid and flexible links allow all neccessary interconnection of components fitted to the panels to be made. Apart from standard battery management modules that contain some of the BEP Battery Switch Clusters, a selection of loose mouldining panels and hardware enable custom panels to be easily configured. The CC-801 incorporates a version of the very successful 714-100A cluster (202000) with a BEP 701-S battery selector switch and 710-125A-DS dual sense VSR. The CC-801 is supplied pre-wired with back cover fitted and a CC-J joiner to allow it to be combined with other modules.
