BAY15D Bayonet Navigation Light LampsThese are special lamps that are taller than the automotive style lamps, with a filament that spirals up into the bulb. BAY15D Bayonet lamps have a 15 mm diameter base. Unlike most other bayonet lamps, their retaining pins are not coaxial [in-line], i.e. the one pin is higher than the other one when the lamp is viewed side on, also referred to as offset pins. They have two contacts on the base, i.e. no contact is made through the base housing. The bulb diameter is 25.5mm and the overall height is 70mm.
