  • WEMA Bilge Alarm Float Switch
    The Wema stainless steel bilge alarm switch utilises the same reed switch design as their renowned level senders. In conjunction with an appropriate audible or visual signalling device the switch is fitted in the bilge of any vessel to trigger an alarm in the event of water exceeding a critical level. The circuit is made when the fluid level reaches 80mm above and stays on until it drops to below 20mm above the bottom of the unit. Rated to switch up to 0.3A, this switch can with a relay also be used to control pumps in shower sumps, stormwater pits and grey water tanks. By mounting the switch upside down at the bottom of a tank, it can be utilised as a low tank level alarm.
