T-Class FusesT-Class fuses are fast acting Semiconductor DC fuses that come in sizes up to 600 Amps and apart from a high voltage rating have a very high current interrupt rating. The current interrupt rating is higher than that of ANL or MRBF fuses, making T-Class fuses essential for circuits capable of maintaining high arcing currents accross fuses once they have blown, as found in lithium battery, other large battery and inverter installations. Unlike ANL fuses, Class-T fuses have not been certified to be ignition protected and do not have any visible indicator of status. There are four different physical sizes of T-Class fuses based on their current rating value. Each type requires a fuse block with different dimensions.
